- Added piwik:dataTableLoaded event to DataTable & ActionsDataTable.
- Remove server-side limiting of Dashboard menu links.
- Remove use of addEventListener/removeEventListener for IE8 compatibility.
- Allow viewDataTable types that are auto-maximised when widgetized to overridden.
- Fix bug in segment editor update segment (search for segment by idSegment).

Make sure dashboard dashboard links are shown if there is only one but there are other dashboard menu items.

Create dashboard settings base control and use with new dashboard manager control, fix regression in dashboard menu handling (menu would not rebuild on dashboard rename/remove/create), remove use of id attribute in _dashboardSettings.twig, fix z-index regression in dashboard settings popup in morpheus.

Refactor dashboard JS so links are generated by PHP instead of JS (for adding new links to Dashboard page) and move segment editor HTML generation to new class.

Refs #4077, #4041, resize treemap on widget resize and fix regression in jqplot refactoring (export as image didn't work).

fixes #3674 move widgets to remaining columns if column count is reduced when switching dashboard layout. Widgets are moved based on the height of the remaining columns. each widget is moved to the column with the smallest height (which changes while moving widgets)
