Cucumber/spec cleanup. Removed some stray aspect.firsts, which should improve reliability across databases. Removed some cucumber steps we don't use & consolidated duplicate steps.

make cucumber faster by logging in through a much simpler stubby controller.  Save about 1m on my laptop.

Bug Fix for #913 with Rspec and Cucumber test cases, for a scenario, where a user is mentioned on a post and when that user closes his account, then his contacts cannot see their homepages due to this post
