Remove a comment from the publisher Haml code, so publisher isn't mangled in Firefox 3.  "//" is not really proper Haml comment syntax anyway.

This is because the lightbox doesn't work in IE.

Don't use a dropdown for notifications in IE (because it doesn't render properly).  Just go to notifications URL on click.
