 * new groups on right side: downloads & outlinks
 * tooltips for percentages on curves showing the total numbers
 * changed method to derive number of transitions to/from internal pages: #pageviews - #entries doesn't work because there might be downloads or outlinks before the current page. new method: sum the detailed data.
 * center the in- and outgoing boxes vertically when there's not much data
 * color changes
 * expected test output updated
