fixes #7064 some admin/user menu items are sometimes not clickable if the menu item is active and contains angularjs components

Added new attribute edit-url to enriched headline. Setting this will
make the headline clickable, on hover appears a title and pointer to
indicate that it is clickable and to explain what happens when clicking
on it. I think this is more intuitive than showing an edit icon on hover
which would be an alternative. As it is done in enriched headline we
could otherwise change the behaviour easily.

Also fixed feature name for goals no longer contains the actual goal
name.

Add --dump-log-regex option to log importer for debugging purposes. Using the option forces the log importer to print out the regex used to parse log lines and exit.

refs #7031 invalidate reports only if we are actually allowed to archive, should make some reports faster especially when browser archiving is disabled
