Having proper HTML titles  increase usability and is important
eg. one can more easily find the right tag in the list of browser tabs

rename reports 'GetBrowserFamilies' to 'GetBrowsers' as families are more like engines and not browsers without versions

refs #3962 - implemented new detection of browser engines. Merged old reports from UserSettings plugin to DevicesDetection plugin. Added segment option for browser engines. Added update script to move old archives and to update old visits with engine data

this is epic... by rendering the reports this way we can remove a lot of duplicated, unneeded code while having backwards compatible urls, developers are still able to completely overwrite the reports controller action, we fix some issues where CoreHome.renderWidget was reported in dispatch events instead of the actual module/action -> fixes also some security issues and most saved params for reports work again. Hope it works as expected

UserAgentParserEnhanced is now required and used from it's own composer package (piwik/device-detector); additionally Spyc library is required as composer package and removed from piwik source

It was confusing to have a coreViewDataTable and pluginViewDataTable class. In addition the coreViewDataTable did two things: Instance creation and managing all viewDataTables --> two new classes

Refs #4040, convert DevicesDetection plugin to use display properties instead of ViewDataTable methods.

Removed many Piwik_ functions, in Piwik 2 it is best practise to use the methods calls instead
