Fixes  #6713 Ecommerce log will now show the full Log for each visit who converted some ecommerce conversions or abandoned carts. Removed 'filterEcommerce' hack from codebase.

Major refactor, compute and format processed metrics through new ProcessedMetric metadata classes instead of using DataTable filters and column callback values.

Fixes #3147 Add rel="noreferrer" to all outgoing links . This works in Firefox so far and only for "left clicks". Not perfect, but hopefully other browsers will implement this in the future, as it's a useful privacy enhancing feature!

Fixes #6730 when period archiving fails (or any of segments fails) then we will make sure to re-process the data for this website in the next run

Fix regression in MultiSites w/ regard to master, make sure orders_evolution and ecommerce_revenue_evolution are not present if ecommerce is not enabled for the site.

Allow ProcessedMetrics to declare some metrics as temporary so they will be removed if not explicitly requested.
