Add option to map API tracking parameter to custom variable in log importer script. Includes change to ImportLogs system test and fix for import log custom variable handling (old behavior was to not set multiple custom variables if they were set already instead of simply adding custom variables).

Add undocumented (ie, unsupported) INI config option to disable forcing range archiving on browser request.

Fix changes to ArchiveProcessor/Rules so test will pass (and use Log::debug since Log::verbose is meaningless w/ monolog).

Adding test for archiving_range_force_on_browser_request option addition that makes sure range archiving is correctly enabled/disabled.

Do not use php-di config for option since it is easier to use INI config w/o adding documented default in global.ini.php and just handle case where config option is not defined.

Add undocumented (ie, unsupported) config option (DI config only) to disable forcing range archiving on browser request.

Ideally this would be only on developer.piwik.org but I think it is not explained there - yet.

Move UI specs into Piwik repository and run UI tests in Piwik repo

move UI config to test folder and allow optionally to define a local config that will not be commited

create sym links before inserting a fixture otherwise the folders might not be there when trying to track

On local it does not work and I have not figured out why.
Maybe it works on travis though?

Add a class uiTest to the html element in all uiTests.

use camelCase for the screenshot names as it makes the separation between test suite and test name clearer

This will allow developers to hide elements in the UI tests if needed.
For example sparklines or a date that changes all the time and would
fail the test.
