Extracted the IP class into a standalone Network component

Fix regression in error page that occurs when custom logo URLs cannot be accessed (due to DB connect error).

refs #6429 new AMI, will delete the old one now! On start we move mysql data dir to RAM now to speed up system tests from 16min to under 8 minutes and integration tests from 3 minutes to under 1:30min. I wanted to do this in the AMI but it seems not to persist it so we have to do it when the instances launches.

Speed up unit tests

refs #6533 move travis yml generator to testrunner plugin. This way the command will be only available via git in the future as we hopefully remove TestRunner plugin from latest.zip

refs #6429 unfortunately, we have to recreate the config.ini each time we run a test as the UI test overwrites the stored config.ini. Otherwise it is not possible to run first a UI test and then a system test. On the other side it allows us easily to change config entries and run tests again

refs #6429 added the possibility to apply a patch so one does not always have to commit changes in order to execute them
