fixed some system tests. the order change of some device reports changed as they have sometimes same orderid and as we moved some ecommerce reports it results in a different order now

renamed overview link to be consistent with other links, verified update script, disabled link in user menu for now as it simply does not work. will remove code soon

this cache has to be plugin aware, otherwise some test fail when the load new plugins but this cache did not notice

Add Administrator link to top menu

added a administration link in top menu, moved logout to user menu (tbd), renamend some settings links in admin
