Refs #6968, add --w3c-fields option to log importer so log files in W3C extended log file format can be imported from stdin w/o a '#Fields:' line being present.

Remove dependency on Piwik DI in generate:travis-yml command (for travis builds against older piwik versions).

Fix curl timeout not set completely: this could result in Piwik hang indefinitely on an HTTP request

More particularly, this resulted in the installation hanging at the second step (system check) when using PHP's built-in webserver.

Fixes #6968, support parsing W3C extended log files from stdin in log importer by refactor W3cExtendedFormat class so it does not seek when creating the regex used when parsing logs. Also make sure to initialize the format class when --log-format-name=w3c_extended is used. Includes fixes to python tests.

During development we still want to use a cache to cache items that are requested multiple times during one request. For example Marketplace API calls. The marketplace page in dev mode does now load in about 4 seconds instead of 30 seconds. Also plugin components etc. will now longer loaded multiple times.

Increases performance of marketplace page in development mode, in normal mode it is fast anyway.

Fixes 6971, fix test failure in Login_spec.js (test for formless login failed because test tried to login w/ superuser which is not allowed. Not sure why it only happened now.). Create new user in UITestFixture for this test.

In screenshot tests, allow .contains( chai assertion to save rendered page for debuggin when assertion fails, make sure the .captureSelector( chai assertion will not throw if the element cannot be found (so the page will be rendered and thus can be used for debugging test failures), and fix minor bugs in URL concatenation in setting and using the page renderer's base URL.

Remove old CoreConsole generate:travis-yml file if exists so builds will pass w/ old versions of Piwik.

Re-add @REQUEST_URI@ modification to phpunit.xml in travis prepare.sh script to add BC for running tests w/ older versions of Piwik. sed command only applied if @REQUEST_URI@ found in the file.

Fixes #6919, do not check for host in regex group in log importer if format has no regex. Also add nginx json log to log importer system test.
