we will deprecate old test classes in 4 months and not in 2, simplified test run by only allowing short version, added some examples

refs #5940 fix tests:run as it worked based on groups before which did not really make sense. Testsuite and groups can be combined now if wanted. By default will execute all testsuites after another

setting 'cdt' tracker parameter in recent past (in the last 4 hours) should not require token_auth   	fixes #6110 

fixes #6110 when 'cdt' tracking Api parameter is set, require token_auth only when the datetime is older than 4 hours.

/index.php/.html?... URLs can be interpreted by old browsers using the extension instead of the Content-Type header. This redirection should prevent that.
