Make sure ecommerce item report visualizations set abandonedCart correctly as custom parameter AND in API request parameter.

Make sure to default abandonedCarts param to correct value when ecommerce item report viewed w/o the parameter.

Fixes #6789, use abandonedCarts query param to tell in visualizations if a report is displaying abandoned cart info or order info and modify row evolution so extra query params can be propagated to row evolution controller requests.

Fixes #6756, fix two regressions/bugs in row evolution of ecommerce item report: viewDataTable is overwritten by BaseEcommerceItem Report class metadata causing UI bugs since viewDataTable is not graphEvolution, graph visualizations should not format metrics in any way prior to generating jqplot JSON.

Format min and max generation time properly when they are added to custom reports and in the tooltip of the regular action reports. 

E.g. for 24ms print "0.024s" instead of "00:00:00".

Site selector wider, Screen type report & widge were removed, Visitor Log long text overflowing is now hidden as expected.

Fixes  #4391 when text overflows, hide it. Also make the column widths using % rather than pixel values.

Fixes #5398 use Apache AddHandler only when mod_mime module is enabled. This may create situations where it's hard to debug what the problem is when mod_mime is not activated... maybe should be added to system check
