Simplified widget selection, removed duplicate UserSettings<>DeviceDetection widgets and some other change now that we use Device Detector data #6565 #3962

Remove duplicate reports from UserSettings plugin refs #3962

Do not use default value in case value is an integer or a float and a string is requested

For maxthon browsers (Chinese Internet Explorer) then ignore DoNotTrack header as it is always enabled

Eg this returned the default value in the past: `Common::getRequestVar('param', 'string', 'default', array('param' => 5))` which can happen eg in BulkTracking etc. causing many values not to be tracked. Wondering if it breaks anything.

a visitor now has a browser, browser name and browser version attribute, so it's clear what it's containing.

added update sql to update existing dashboards to use new widgets (if they are not already placed on it)

map removed usersettings reports to new reports in devicesdetection plugin to make existing widgetize urls still working

modified test case to allow overriding requests Collection and it's logic
