- Modify test user adding logic to hash password instead of using pre-hashed password.
- Allow testing environment to be configured via Option values that start w/ 'Tests.'.
- Put a couple test classes into namespaces. Add test event to Piwik\Mail class so emails can be intercepted.
- Change some test logging level to INFO.
- Added load + reload methods to PageFacade in capture.js

Speeding up tests on travis by adding persist_fixture_data config option and modified screenshot capture script to automatically wait after sending each event.

Notes:

  - Modify DbHelper::createAnonymousUser to add only if user does not already exist.
  - Allow config to be overridden by file in tmp dir during tests.

Revert change to not hardcode any plugin list (as nobody would remember to update those when we add plugins)

Fixing UI tests by hardcoding plugins to load and removing admin_plugins screenshot test. Use actual mouse/keyboard events in UI screenshot testing.

refs #4564 introducing some more new methods for has superuser access. Old methods will still work but are marked as deprecated and they will be removed in a future release

Before it was loading everything from plugins/* directory, causing tests to fail when tests plugins are there.

Fixes #4288 Remove from the PDF the metadata that changes with datetime, or that is random.This ensures that when we compare two binary PDF files together, the comparison does not take into account these random bits in the pdf files.
