Create manipulator manually in proxy entrypoints instead of using TestingEnvironmentVariables::addHooks().

Rename Piwik_TestingEnvironment to TestingEnvironment and move the class to Piwik\Tests\Framework namespace. Remove manual require statements.

Improving XHProf support. At the end of a request with XHProf enabled, it will output the link to see the profiling info. New --xhprof option to archive.php, and enabling XHProf when &xhprof=1 is found in the request.

Attempting to fix the random build error. It seems to be caused by the data being purged after being processed.

Make sure all calls to Piwik_ExitWithMessage provide backtrace if available, and only print the backtrace if PIWIK_PRINT_ERROR_BACKTRACE is defined. Modified archive cron test to print backtrace if request made by archive cron test fails.
