Refs #6795, add --iis-map-field option to allow users of log importer script to parse log files created using the IIS Advanced Logging module. Includes tests for such a case (including python unit test + PHP System test).

Site selector wider, Screen type report & widge were removed, Visitor Log long text overflowing is now hidden as expected.

As soon as a setting is used in tracker mode we will cache it now making it much
easier for developers to use settings in tracker mode and we will no longer
query the database on each tracking request if a setting is requested apart from
cache creation. Refactored the settings API under the hood to make this possible.
The classes were doing things they were not supposed to do. For instance settings
class also took care of storage which it should not and settings class took
care of many validation things that should be done in a setting class. I cleaned
up that code and it is also much better testable now.

Fix regression in MultiSites w/ regard to master, make sure orders_evolution and ecommerce_revenue_evolution are not present if ecommerce is not enabled for the site.

Allow ProcessedMetrics to declare some metrics as temporary so they will be removed if not explicitly requested.

Simplified widget selection, removed duplicate UserSettings<>DeviceDetection widgets and some other change now that we use Device Detector data #6565 #3962

Fix API.getProcessedReport output for site search reports (do not display certain processed metrics in reports).
