by sorting the reports before returning them we make sure the widgets will be added in the correct order which again makes sure the dashboard ui tests adds the widgets in the right order

I think we need to install those columns in UserSettings plugin as DevicesDetection is not enabled by default

this might fix some tests, I reckon exit_url and exit_name was sometimes set to 0 when false was returned

apparently the action reports all overwrite the default metric translations. looks like a hack to me... need to make this use case easier

as the category is used for reportMetadata and widgetsList we should not translate the category. The reportMetadata wants it translated but widgetslist wants the translation key. So we translate it only for the reportMetadata. Best solution would be to always accept either translated or the key but one problem after another

we need to leave the controller code there for backwards compatibility. Many people might link directly to this url in their widgets. Will have a look at this later again

starting to refactor reports into classes, also refactored some more dimensions which is still not 100% working and needs more work
