When a UI test fails that is not a screenshot (eg. a file download), record the failure in the diff generator
 so that files are uploaded to the builds artifacts server

In UI tests, intercept resource requests to piwik host w/ no port, and if port defined in [tests] config, make sure port is included in resource request. Allows running UI tests w/ Piwik on any port.

apply new naming

Removing the var was needed to make it possible to remote debug otherwise the variable was not available in other scripts and caused errors
